1.    What were you doing when you were my age? (22!)

I had just finished college and I went to India for six months.


2. How did you get to where you are today?

 

I went to law school and worked hard.

 

 

I have no idea.

 

4. Who was the most influential person in your life and why?

Probably my father because he was unrelentingly principled and human.

 

 

Lead by acting.

 

6. What do you value most in life?

My family.

 

7. What do you enjoy most about your work with the EPA?

Working on important issues in a setting where my work can make a concrete difference.

5. In your opinion, how best can the USA act as a world leader to other nations in efforts to protect and sustain the Earth’s environment?

3. Your previous post was as senior adviser on climate change.  In 20 years’ time, how do you think we will be combating this issue?
